1. Issues with the Membrane
If the reverse osmosis system isn't lowering the TDS (total dissolved solids) most likely the membrane is not working properly. A reason this can happen is if the filters aren't changed as often as recommended. In this case, we recommend changing all 3 filters. 2. A Leak Inside the Manifold
Another possibility is that there could be a leak inside the manifold. If you've changed the filters and still notice the issue hasn't improved then we would recommend replacing the manifold. Instructions on how to purchase replacement parts can be found here.
