Where is the leak coming from?
Filter Connections
If the leak is coming from inside the housing, we'll need to locate the source. This part can be difficult to tell sometimes. It could be the filters or the head assembly that needs replacing.
1. Go ahead and swap Filters 1 and 2 (instructions pictured below).
2. Turn the water on to see if the leak moved and followed a filter. If it does, that Filter needs replacing. If the leak stays in the same spot, the Head Assembly needs to be replaced. Visit our Replacement Parts article.
Hose Connections
1. First, you'll need to turn the water off to the system.
2. Go ahead and remove the leaking hose. You can do this by pushing in on the collet and pulling the hose out.
3. You'll want to cut a clean square end of the hose.
4. Now, reconnect the hose by pushing it in tightly and turn on the water supply again. If a leak persists, we recommend that you replace the Collet and O-ring. If it continues to leak after replacing the collet and o-ring, then you'll need to replace the Head Assembly. Visit our Replacement Parts article.
