12/24 Hour Clock
Hold the Program button until '000' appears, then let go. Tap Program until you see '12 or 24 hr' on the screen. It should automatically be set at 12 hr (1 -12am, 1 - 12pm). If you want the 24 hour format, press the up button to have '24 hr' shown on the screen. Then press Program to move on.
